Systematic variation of the oxidation states between + II and + IV in an Mn 2 Complex could be achieved with a μ‐oxo/μ‐hydroxo‐bis(μ‐carboxylato)dimanganesesystem. Mn II , Mn II ‐ 1 ,Mn II Mn III ‐,Mn III ,Mn III ‐ 2 ,Mn III ,Mn IV ‐ 3 ,and Mn IV ,Mn IV ‐complexes are electrochemically detectable. The mixed valent Mn III ,Mn IV ‐title complex 3 was characterized by X‐ray structure analysis.
