The new C 2 P 2 S heterocycle 1 with a PCPC sequence was obtained from CS 2 , LiP(SiMe 3 ) 2 , and Me 3 SiCl. The structure of the yellow, distillable liquid was determined by 31 P‐, 13 C‐, and 29 Si‐NMR spectroscopy and by mass spectrometry.
