The W = PR 2 complexes 2 obtainable from 1 and R 2 PH by dehydrohalogenation react with chlorophosphanes to give the complex salts 3 , whose cations contain the first side‐on coordinated diphosphane ligands (R = i Pr, t Bu; R′= i Pr, Me).
