An alkylidene group that bridges a maingroup element and a transition‐metal element is present in the spiro cluster 1 . Complex 1 was prepared from [(η 5 ‐C 5 H 5 ) 3 Mo 3 (CO) 6 (μ 3 ‐As)] and the Wittigreagent (C 6 H 5 ) 3 PCH 2 .
