Detailed structural information is obtainable from 3 J (H,H) values in unsaturated ring systems. Accurate analysis of the 400‐MHz 1 H‐NMR spectrum of the title compound revelated a temperature‐dependent equilibrium between the double bond isomers (1) ⇌ (2) (see previous communication).
