The first cyclotriphosphazenes with P ‐coordinated metal (2) are formed on treatment of (1) with PdCl 2 or K 2 PtCl 4 via a 1,2‐H shift. X‐ray structure analysis was performed in the case of (2) , M = Pd, X = Cl. In the other metalated cyclotriphosphazenes the metal (Li, Cu 1 ) is N ‐coordinated.
