exo/endo ‐Assignment of aminobicyclo[4.1.0]heptanes (particularly with two bridging substituents) can be accomplished by means of the 1 H‐NMR spectrum of the morpholino derivatives (1) and (2) (ABXY and AA′XX′ pattern of morpholine protons). The sequence below illustrates the new entry to these bicyclic species (X=morpholino, OH, OCH 3 ; YOH, OCH 3 ).
