Perowskit‐Leuchtdioden . Die weiße LED‐Einheit, die R. S. Liu et al. in ihrer Zuschrift auf S. 8056 ff. vorstellen, beruht auf der Anregung eines Siliconharzes, das grüne Quantenpunkte aus mesoporösem Siliciumdioxid‐CsPbBr 3 und rote CsPb(Br 0.4 I 0.6 ) 3 ‐Perowsit‐Quantenpunkte enthält und sich auf einem blauen InGaN‐Chip befindet.
