Elegant aufgetischt : Das erste „schüsselförmige“ o ‐Semichinonradikal (siehe Bild; mit einem Na + ‐Ion) wurde synthetisiert und bezüglich seiner elektronischen Eigenschaften charakterisiert. Das dynamische Verhalten (konkav–konvex) wurde mit EPR‐ und ENDOR/TRIPLE‐Messungen sowie DFT‐Rechnungen ebenfalls quantitativ untersucht.
