Mikrofluidik‐Lithographie wird verwendet, um Blockmuster von zelladhäsiven Hydrogelen mit mikroheterogenen Steifigkeiten zu erzeugen. Die Mikromuster entstehen, indem man PEG‐Fibrinogen mit variierenden Mengen an Polyethylenglycoldiacrylat (PEGDA) in die Mikrofluidikkanäle einspeist (siehe Bild).
