Zurück und hin im Tandem : Die Totalsynthese von (+)‐Chamaecypanon C gelang mithilfe einer Retro‐Diels‐Alder/Diels‐Alder‐Tandemreaktion (siehe Schema). Erste biologische Untersuchungen zeigen, dass (+)‐Chamaecypanon C die Polymerisation von Tubulin inhibiert, indem es dessen Colchicin‐Bindestelle besetzt.
