In 11 Stufen mit über 20 % Gesamtausbeute wurden die Titelverbindungen aus dem (1 S ,2 S )‐ cis ‐Diol eines Halogenarens erhalten. Schlüsselschritte sind eine regio‐ und stereoselektive Bromamidierung und eine palladiumkatalysierte Carbonylierung bzw. Phosphonylierung (siehe Schema; Tamiflu: A=CO 2 Et, B=NH 3 + H 2 PO 4 − , Tamiphosphor: A=PO(ONH 4 ) 2 , B=NH 2 ).
