Ein Ausgangsstoff – viele Produkte : N‐Boc‐geschützte Anilinderivate werden durch eine ausgeklügelte Reaktionsfolge in unterschiedliche N‐Heterocyclen und Tryptamine umgewandelt. Die Synthesesequenz umfasst eine ortho ‐Metallierung und eine anschließende Kupplung mit N ‐Boc‐Pyrrolidin‐3‐on (siehe Schema).
