Heterocyclische Peroxide mit fünfgliedrigen RhOOBO‐Ringen werden bei den Reaktionen eines Rhodiumperoxokomplexes mit Phenylboronsäurederivaten erhalten. Die Produkte können als Rhodiumderivate von Perborsäure (siehe Schema) und Phenylperboronsäuren betrachtet werden.
