Mit Chiralitätstransfer : Eine in situ erzeugte Titanspezies mit ( S )‐Binol als dem chiralen Liganden katalysiert neuartige asymmetrische Arylübertragungen von [AlAr 3 (thf)] auf Ketone. Die Reaktion liefert tertiäre Alkohole mit Enantioselektivitäten bis 97 % ee (siehe Schema). Binol = 2,2′‐Dihydroxy‐1,1′‐binaphthyl.
