Die Natur kopiert : Eine biomimetische Totalsynthese von Stephacidin A gelang mithilfe einer intramolekularen Diels‐Alder‐Reaktion. Anschließend wurde Stephacidin A in einem Schritt durch Oxaziridin‐vermittelte Oxidation in Notoamid B überführt, womit erstmals die biomimetische Totalsynthese von Notoamid B gelungen ist (siehe Schema).
