Vergoldeter Ringschluss : Viele komplexe Naturstoffe enthalten eine Isoflavanoneinheit als zentrales Strukturelement. Solche Strukturen sind effizient und atomökonomisch durch Anellierung einfacher o ‐Hydroxybenzaldehyde mit Alkinen in Gegenwart eines Gold( I )‐Katalysators zugänglich (siehe Schema).
