Hereinspaziert! Das Transmissionselektronenmikroskopie‐Bild zeigt 7 nm große Metall‐Halbleiter‐Nanopartikel, in denen ein Goldkern (gelb) von einer Schale aus amorphem InAs (rosa) umgeben ist. Die Nanopartikel entstehen durch Diffusion von Au in InAs‐Partikel.
