Empfindliche ELISA : Ein neues Protokoll für einen enzymgekoppelten Immunnachweis (ELISA) nutzt zwei enzymatische Reaktionen, um Antikörper‐Antigen‐Wechselwirkungen nachzuweisen: 1) die Überführung von Prothrombin in Thrombin durch Ecarin und 2) die Hydrolyse eines nichtfluoreszierenden Substrats 1 durch Thrombin zu einem fluoreszierenden Produkt 2 . Das System wurde für den hochspezifischen Nachweis von Rinderserumalbumin, Telomerase und DNA genutzt.
