Glycosylation of a Neoglycoprotein by Using Glycosynthase and Thioglycoligase Approaches: The Generation of a Thioglycoprotein

Abhärtung : Die quantitative Glycosylierung eines Neoglycoproteins gelang sowohl mit einer Glycosynthase als auch mit einer Thioglycoligase. Die erzeugten Glycoproteine sind gute Acceptoren für Glycosyltransferasen; das Thioglycoprotein war überdies beständig gegen Glycosidase‐Verdau. Mithilfe dieser Methode kann die Widerstandsfähigkeit natürlicher Glycoproteine gegen den Abbau im Serum erhöht werden.
