Zucker‐Azazucker‐Hybride wirken als Enzyminhibitoren und Leitstrukturen für die Wirkstoffsuche. Drei Hybride 3 von D ‐Galactose mit 1‐Desoxynojirimycin‐Analoga sind ausgehend von 3,4,6‐Tri‐ O ‐benzyl‐2‐nitro‐ D ‐galactal ( 1 ) durch Ringschlussmetathese als Schlüsselschritt erhältlich (siehe Schema); Bn=Benyzl, Boc= tert ‐Butoxycarbonyl, n =0,1, R=Ac/Boc, R 1 =H/OAc, R 2 =H/OAc, R 3 =H/OAc, R 4 =H/OAc.
