RNA bevorzugt : Das Tumortherapeutikum Cisplatin bindet stärker an DNA als an RNA. Um diese Selektivität für Nucleinsäuren umzukehren, wurden die Pt II ‐Konjugate 1 und 2 mit einem Amino‐ bzw. Guanidinoglycosid synthetisiert und getestet. Die Konjugate erzeugen ortsspezifisch und RNA‐selektiv kovalente Verknüpfungen zum HIV‐1‐Rev‐Response‐Element.
