Eine Bibliothek auf dem Glasplättchen: Eine Vielzahl kleiner Moleküle, darunter komplexe Naturstoffe, lassen sich mithilfe einer Photoaffinitätsreaktion auf Glasplättchen aufbringen (siehe Bild), wo sie weiterhin mit den relevanten Bindeproteinen wechselwirken können. Dieses Immobilisierungsverfahren erfordert keine spezifische funktionelle Gruppe und kann auch bei einer Bibliothek kleiner Moleküle angewendet werden.
