Aktivitäten von > 1000 mol Ethen pro mol Ni und pro Stunde erreicht der Ni‐Katalysator 2 , der durch Umsetzung des 1,3‐Diphosphapropens 1 mit Bis(1,5‐cyclooctadien)nickel in Toluol entsteht. Im Festkörper liegt 2 als η 1 ,η 2 ‐ und in Lösung als η 3 ‐Komplex vor (Aryl = 2,4,6‐Tri‐ ter ‐butylphenyl).
