Ein neuer Weg zu 6a‐Carbacyclinen – Synthese eines stabilen, biologisch potenten Prostacyclin‐Analogons

Ein Vasodilator und Inhibitor der Blutblättchenaggregation , der das gleiche Wirkprofil und eine ähnliche Wirkungsstärke wie Prostacyclin aufweist, ist das im Gegensatz zu Prostacyclin stabile 6a‐Carbacyclin (1) (X = CH 2 , R = CH(CH 3 )CH 2 CCCH 3 ). Es wurde ausgehend vom käuflichen Corey‐Lacton (2) (R 1 = H) über das Bicyclo[3.3.0]octan‐Derivat (3) hergestellt.
