Dedicated to Bernhard Mühlschlegel on the occasion ofhis 80th birthdayAssuming for simplicity that the electrons or the holes in cuprate superconductors interact predominantly with spin‐fluctuations, we determine within the random phase approximation (RPA)the dynamical susceptibility, in particular the resonance peak resulting as feedback from superconductivity, as well as the elementary quasiparticle excitations in hole‐doped systems.
