Hartree‐Fock energies of the 1s 2 2s 2p n s( 4 P), 1s 2 2s 2p n p( 4 P, 4 D) and 1s 2 2s 2p n d( 4 P, 4 D); n = 3–6 states in the boron isoelectronic sequence are reported. The results show a fairly good agreement with the experimental data of Bromander for O IV.
