Uniform motion of internal stress sources, point defects and dislocations, is discussed in continuum model of solid. It is investigated how far the lattice structure of the medium can act in such as way, that stress sources behave regular also, if their motion will be faster than characteristic velocities of the medium. In supersonic region the radiation power will be calculated.
