In an earlier paper KREMP calculated the conductance of solutions of symmetrical electrolytes at zero frequency by a perturbation procedure in terms of the BJERRUM‐Parameter b up to b 2 [1]. Higher powers of the b ‐parameter were taken into account by KREMP, KRAEFT and EBELING [2]. In this paper there are calculated the frequency dependence of the conductance and of the interionic contribution of the dielectric constant up to b 2 . There are two relaxation times according to i) the well known DEBYE‐FALKENHAGEN‐relaxation of the ionic atmosphere and ii) the orientation effects of pairs of ions. At low frequencies there is an increase of the dielectric constant which is due to the ionic association.
