Choroid plexus–like structures were found in the wall of a congenital frontotemporal arachnoid cyst in a 14‐year‐old girl who presented with temporal lobe seizures since the age of 6. The temporal cortex beneath the cyst was maldeveloped. The clinical, radiological, and pathological aspects of congenital arachnoid cysts are reviewed.
