The American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution's Task Force on Mediation Quality has completed its extensive focus group‐based investigation, and issued a report. The study shifts the dialogue about mediation evaluation to a broader view of widely used analytical techniques. But the report also acknowledges that a “substantial minority” of mediation users and lawyers still don't want mediator opinions.
