It's time to bring mediation inside the corporation. ADR processes have been at home resolving employment disputes in‐house, efficiently, for years, in well‐structured programs. Now, Sainath Nagarajan, of Boston, Waltraud Sedounik, of London, and Diana Robbers, of Rotterdam, propose using mediation practices, processes and techniques to get projects done in company settings. In a special handbook‐length feature, the authors propose a grid for interactions between different corporate constituencies that provides a guideline for effective communications.
