Details on the role alternative dispute resolution will play in the recovery from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the deep south. At the same time, two large insurers have enlisted 9/11 victims fund special master Kenneth Feinberg to administer their mediation efforts. One of the company programs will focus on mediating commercial claims.
