The arrow in this image represents the development of this work. It starts with a synthetic strategy, and the first and second structure are Chem3D images of substrates and products. The synthetic route is followed by the derivatization of the product (third Chem3D image, accompanied by its X‐ray structure). The final derivatization leads to a new axially chiral monophosphine ligand, which is shown at the tip of the arrow.
