A pyrazoline‐based organocatalyst was synthesized and used for the sequential formation of two structurally important heterocyclic compounds in one pot. A variety of substrates were found to be suitable for both arylation and alkyne‐carbonyl metathesis (ACM) reactions. Control reactions were performed to understand the catalytic pathway and a suitable mechanism was proposed.
