C−Se is an important bond in organic chemistry and organoselenium derivatives are associated with various biological, pharmaceutical, and material applications. Here, two synthetic methods to construct ArSe‐substituted aniline analogs using KSeCN or selenium powder as selenium sources with aromatic halides or arylboronic acid as reactants by C(sp 2 )‐H functionalization were developed. These two types of reactions proceeded with high efficiency and broad functional group tolerance, giving ArSe‐substituted anilines in good yields. These two new methods enrich existing C−Se construction methods.
