In recent years, inorganic−organic metal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have delivered power conversion efficiencies (PCE) beyond 22%, in which hole‐transporting materials (HTMs) play the key role to the improved photovoltaic performance and chemical stability. In this review, the diverse types of HTMs, from inorganic to organic, especially small organic HTMs, have been highlighted to summarize the relationship between the molecular structure and device performance, with the aim to afford some guidance for the further development of PSCs.
