The Ontario Farm Safety Association, established in 1973 under the Workers' Compensation Act, provides safety education services to the agricultural community to reduce injuries and fatalities. With a staff of 14, various programs are administered including health and safety seminars, inspections, technical consulting, specialized agricultural safety publications and audio‐visual materials, statistical gathering and analysis, as well as elementary school programs.
