Abstract Bronchiolitis obliterans occurred in the setting of chronic graft‐versus‐host disease 1 year after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation for chronic myelogenous leukemia. The severe obstructive pulmonary disease followed an episode of interstitial pneumonitis. The etiology and possible relationship to graft‐versus‐host disease of this rare pulmonary lesion following bone marrow transplantation are discussed.
