Highlights We review research on interventions for pediatric medical trauma using a developmental framework. Most interventions integrated caregivers and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), consistent with best practices. Interventions with the most promising findings were online, self‐guided, or time‐limited. Many interventions lacked developmental specificity, despite the importance of this framework.
