A 57‐year‐old male suffered from a metachronous squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx and refused surgical intervention. Instead, the patient opted for endoscopic mucosal resection with a cap‐fitted endoscope, a delicate procedure of endoscopic mucosal resection using a cap‐fitted endoscope, to effectively treat his small supraglottic cancer. A 3‐year follow up demonstrated no signs of tumor recurrence.
