Hydrogen Evolution Reaction In article number 2102257 Hyoyoung Lee and co‐workers report a novel strategy to synthesize amorphous metal nanoparticles with the help of a twisted covalent organic network. The prepared amorphous Ru nanocluster shows higher hydrogen generation reaction mass activity than commercial Pt/C with superior stability in alkaline conditions.
