In article number 1901016, Baohua Jia, Xiaoming Wen, and co‐workers demonstrate that illumination triggers the passivation effect of potassium doping in perovskite solar cells by forming KBr‐like compounds, eliminating interface trapping and mobile ions, which improves efficiency and stability with negligible current‐voltage hysteresis.
