In article number 1900429 , Wei Zhou, Zongping Shao and co‐workers introduce a proton‐acceptor, Sr 3 B 2 O 6 , into highly covalent perovskite oxides. This introduction removes the rate‐determining step limitation, which results in significantly enhanced oxygen evolution reaction catalytic performance.
