In article number 1801478 , Jaephil Cho, Xien Liu and co‐workers report low loading of RhxP and RuP on N, P co‐doped carbon for the oxygen and hydrogen electrocatalytic reactions. The Zn‐air battery and water splitting test results reveal that the two multifunctional catalysts can be applied in real life by producing hydrogen and oxygen for charging electrical and fuel cell vehicles.
