In article number 1600541, Yanfeng Zhang, Zhongfan Liu, and co‐workers highlight new progress in the preparation of graphene/ h ‐BN heterostructure, as well as versatile applications in energy‐efficient nanoelectronics, energy conversion and energy harvesting. The existing challenges and future directions for enhancing the performance of graphene/ h ‐BN heterostructure are also proposed.
