The improved performance achieved by combining tert ‐butyl copper (II) phthalocyanine (CuPC) and po ‐spiro‐OMeTAD as hole transporting material (HTM) for formamidinium lead iodide (FAPbI 3 )‐based perovskite solar cells is reported. A device efficiency of 19.4% under standard 1 sun is obtained.
