Flexible architectures of NiCoAl‐layered double hydroxide (LDH) nanoplates coupled with NiCo‐carbonate hydroxide nanowires grown on graphite paper for asymmetric supercapacitors are demonstrated by Jieshan Qiu and co‐workers in article number 1400761. The nanowire‐like species help to disperse nanoplates, leading to loose and open structures and enhanced electrochemical performance. This may provide a new method for production of additive‐free LDH‐based electrodes for energy‐storage devices.
