In article number 1400024, Majid Taghavi, Virgilio Mattoli, Lucia Beccai, and co‐workers introduce a cost‐effective 3D sponge composed of rubber and conductive wires, which can produce electric energy by periodic compression. Because it can be fabricated in a symmetric configuration, there is no specific surface and direction for the energy harvesting and pressure sensing purposes. The triboelectric effect causes the energy conversion and benefits from the gap trapped between polymer and wires.
