The study of the perovskite solar cells provides insight into the optimum morphology. A bilayer structure is required for efficient solar cells, and one with a high efficiencies of up to 15.2% and an open‐circuit voltage ( V oc ) up to 1110 mV is demonstrated. Furthermore, the 80% high yield also paves the way for the possibility of mass production in the future.
